Where's my refund?

If we have issued you a refund, please note the funds can take up to 5 business days to appear on your statements. If your original method of payment has expired or been lost, please contact your bank.

Why doesn't my refund total match what I paid?

Initial shipping costs and package protection are non-refundable, returns are also subject to an $8 restocking fee (unless waived by customer support on products deemed defective or damaged).

Store Credit

Store credit incentive: Select store credit for your return and receive an extra 20% in value to spend online. Once store credit is issued, your balance can be found in your account using the e-mail you initiated the return with.
