RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Did you order the wrong colour, size, or did the item not fit right? Click the button below to start your return or exchange. Please note, we no longer have physical locations and all returns must be made using the return portal below. We will accept returns for refunds to the original form of payment within 60 days from the purchase date. Please allow 7 business days for returns processing to be completed and to show up on your statements.

Please note in order to avoid excessive returns and misuse of our return policy, all returns are subject to a flat restocking fee of $8 per order.

We will issue a refund only if your return:

• is in new condition;
• has not been washed, worn or altered;
• is returned within 60 days from the date of purchase;
• and is not a Final Sale item.

INSTANT EXCHANGES

If you wish to have your exchanged item ship right away without waiting for your return to reach the warehouse, you can select instant exchange. You may authorize your card to get your exchanged items processed at submission. You'll only be charged if your returned items aren't in the mail after the 14 days expires.
